The challenge

Grow orders across a wide range, on two channels at once

Homyspire sells across many categories, from sofas to exercise equipment. The ads had to find the products and shoppers that pay back, on Google and Meta at the same time, and keep the return strong as spend grew.

01

A wide catalogue

Furniture, fitness and electronics sell differently. Each needed its own campaign, not one catch-all.

02

New arrivals every shipment

New products land with each shipment, so campaigns and creative have to keep up.

03

Every sale on the calendar

King’s Birthday, end of financial year, Mid-Winter, Father’s Day and Black Friday all need campaigns ready on time.

What we did

Launch, split by category, then scale

Google and Meta launched together, then rebuilt around categories and new customers.

02From Aug 2025

Split by category

Campaigns built around what sells.

  • A Fitness & Sport Performance Max campaign, August 2025
  • A separate campaign for slower categories, October 2025
  • Creative refreshed most months since September 2025

Why it worked

What made the difference

01

Two channels, one plan

Google and Meta run side by side, each judged on the orders it brings back.

02

Built around categories

Furniture, fitness and best sellers each get their own campaign and spend.

03

Clean numbers to scale on

One purchase action counted in Google Ads, so every spend increase rests on real orders.
