We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Digital Marketing Consultant to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be a true hunter, responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities while helping clients achieve their digital marketing goals through our comprehensive suite of services, including SEO, SEM, Social and Web Dev.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Self-manage and generate leads from cold calls, Networking and other prospecting methods.
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Present and articulate the value of our digital marketing services, including SEO and SEM campaigns on Google and Social.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing business and referrals.
Industry Knowledge & Certifications
- Maintain current Google and Facebook certifications, and possess a strong understanding of Analytics/GA4.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance sales strategies.
Collaboration & Mentoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, providing support and guidance in digital marketing sales best practices.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint is preferred; current knowledge of Analytics/GA4 is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and thrive as a hunter in a sales role.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
