Phone taps from Google search up 112% for a South Auckland arborist
How numero® grew organic search for The Treeman, a Pukekohe arborist company founded in 2005 and serving South Auckland and Franklin.
The client
Caring for South Auckland’s trees since 2005
The Treeman is a Pukekohe-based arborist company founded in 2005 by Mike and Trish Jarvis. Its team of qualified arborists removes, prunes and assesses trees for homes, businesses, schools and developers across South Auckland and Franklin.
The challenge
When a tree has to go, people search first
Storm damage, a tree too close to the house or branches in the powerlines usually need sorting soon. People look on Google for a local arborist, then call or ask for a quote. The Treeman needed to show up in those searches and be easy to contact.
Local searches decide it
Searches like “arborist south auckland”, “arborist papakura” and “tree removal pukekohe” bring people looking for a local team.
Counting what matters
Website forms attract sales pitches and overseas bots inflate visits, so results are measured on New Zealand visitors only.
Busy and quiet seasons
Demand rises and falls through the year, so results are compared over the same months, year on year.
