The challenge
Kaituna Cascades, based in Rotorua, is a leading adventure tourism company specializing in world-class white-water rafting experiences. As a forward-thinking business operating across New Zealand, we recognized the need to move beyond traditional marketing methods such as print media, radio, and directory listings. To stay ahead in a competitive industry, we made the strategic decision to invest in a strong online presence—shifting away from business cards, flyer drops, and phone book listings to a dynamic website that connects directly with our audience and showcases our thrilling river adventures.
THE STRATEGY
Firstly, we met for a discovery session, where we got to know the desired business outcomes of CS Roofing.
By building a new website, alongside a clear SEO and Google Ads strategy, our aim was to provide transparent data showing exactly how much Kaituna Cascades were paying per customer. This enabled key stakeholders to confidently scale their budgets up and down, according to their desired work volume. The promise made from Numero to Kaituna Cascades, was that rather than “feeling” like their advertising was working, we would report on the exact return on investment numbers, using call tracking, and Universal Analytics (the most accurate website reporting software in the world at the time (now called GA4).
